Report Volumes I–VI, 2003
The Columbia Accident Investigation Board researched and revealed the cause of the February 1, 2003 space shuttle disaster. Volume I was released to Congress, NASA, and the Press in August 2003. Volumes II through VI were released the following October. Given text and graphics, my responsibility was to create the look — cover to cover — of Volume I and see the entire set through from concept to realization.
